The Path to a Cure: Mission MSA 5K series is our community-driven flagship fundraiser, uniting individuals, families, and friends to bring hope, connection, and vital awareness to those affected by multiple system atrophy (MSA).
WHY THESE EVENTS MATTER
MSA is a rare, progressive, and fatal neurodegenerative disorder with no known cure. By participating in or donating to our 5Ks, you are helping to shine a light on this challenging disease while directly fueling critical research and support initiatives led by Mission MSA.

Every attendee and every dollar raised helps us get closer to understanding, treating, and ultimately curing MSA. This series is more than a 5K; it’s a shared commitment to a future where MSA is history.
