Empowering Bold, Collaborative Research to Advance the Future of MSA Care
Mission MSA is proud to offer the CURE-MSA Grant Program, a competitive research funding opportunity available exclusively to our designated Centers of Excellence (COEs). This program supports high-impact, multi-center studies aligned with the Mission MSA Research Roadmap—designed to accelerate discovery, improve quality of life, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in multiple system atrophy (MSA) research.

Program Overview
The CURE-MSA Grant Program was created to fuel bold, collaborative science that brings together experts across our Centers of Excellence network. Each proposal must include participation from at least three (3) COEs across three or more U.S. Census regions (or international equivalents).
