What is the Mission MSA/ElevenLabs partnership? How does it work?
ElevenLabs has partnered with Mission MSA to offer complimentary “Pro” subscriptions to individuals diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). These subscriptions enable users to create Professionally Cloned Voices (PCV). Professional Voice Cloning technology allows you to generate a highly realistic model of your voice, which can then be used to convert text into speech.

- Audacity (recommended with a USB microphone): Download Audacity
- AVR-X App (available for iPhone and Android):
Yes, but you’ll need to extract the audio first. Here is an option:
- Audacity Software:
- Add your video file to Audacity.
- Export the audio to your computer.
If you fail all five verification attempts, contact ElevenLabs support.
- Submit a support ticket for manual verification.
- You will get an email from ElevenLabs Support to log in and finish verification.
- Upload these documents:
- Photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport)
- Completed ElevenLabs Manual Verification Form
- Doctor’s note confirming your MSA diagnosis
